McDonald's 3560 Horizon Boulevard, Pennsylvania 19053,

"Stopped at the drive thru at 6:45am. At first I thought they may be closed, because none of the outside lights were on and parking lot was pitch black. Inside lights were on though. My order of one egg McMuffin and one hash brown came to just under $8. I know prices are going up everywhere, but wow! I had a 20, but was asked if I had a anything smaller. Unfortunately all I had was a $5 bill. I was told they don't have enough cash early in the morning to break a 20. Seriously? They don't have one $10 bill and two singles? Paying in cash may be a rare thing these days, but any good manager would not start a shift with only large bills in the register! The employee would not offer me a discount. That's their right though. Luckily I had a credit card, although I don't like to use it for fast food. I asked the cashier why the parking lot was so dark and was told it was because they have so many morning duties they forget to turn them on. Really? You can't remember your customers need to see? Oh well. With only mediocre food, high prices and employees that don't give a damn I'll just go elsewhere."

"Placed an order for dinner because we didn't want to cook. The associate that took our order was rude, tried rushing us, and continuously asked if that was the end of our order... after every item we ordered. Our fries and chicken nuggets tasted old. We asked for extra sweet and sour sauce and only received one... for a 20-piece. Other than these issues everything was alright."

"5 STAR McD? Ordered a big mac, nuggets, kids meal. It's been more than 20 yrs since I've seen a proper big mac. Kudos to the staffs in the kitchen. Good effort went in for the burger. Best McD I've been in since year 2000."

"Good late hours, so we could after a concert. Food were hot and fresh tasting and ice tea tasted good. My only complaint with most McDonald’s now, you have to order from the highly annoying to use kiosk. I have to pay at the counter anyway, so why can’t I just order as well."

"Went to the drive thru for breakfast. They didn't tell us they were out of orange juice and automatically upcharged us for bottles. Ok fine whatever. Except that the orange juice bottles were covered in mold. They also had no expiration date on them. I've had a few bad experiences here and usually just let it slide. Will not return after this one."
