"Ordered pizza for lunch yesterday & got served the messiest slop of a pizza I’ve ever gotten. I see the most recent review before mine cited the slip in quality over past couple years. The pie they served me would fit that description. I just can’t imagine serving this to a customer if you care even in the slightest. Just unacceptable in my opinion."

"In all my years of ordering I never in my life experienced how difficult it was to order a slice of pizza OMG. Neither one of the gentlemen that were in the front today at 1:00pm knew what they were doing. Nowhere does it indicate anywhere in their store or on their menu that only certain toppings can you add to a slice. Since when did chicken become a premium topping. Shrimp I can see but chicken. Now keep in mind this was my first experience and the very last. The younger gentleman that rung me up informed me that they didn’t do slices so I was rung up for a small pizza but was told it was a personal size. Umm a personal pizza would never cost almost $20. Then another customer came in to order a slice and was rung up for a slice while I was told that they don’t sell slices. It’s no way two confused employees should be working in the front at the same time. It is just way too much. And this was for the response to the owner. I said what I said. How many times did I have to interpret that I wanted a slice of buffalo chicken more than usual. Stop trying to get on here and defend your negative reviews. If you were there you know like you say you were then you knew what took place and what owner if any knew that it was an issue of some kind failed to introduce themselves and offer an apology for the mix up. That right there says alot about you unfortunately. So let’s not get on here acting surprise. The surprise part is you didn’t expect me to leave one. The review wasn’t about a refund it was about the poor customer service that I received. And yes he knew to refund me my monies or my bank would have easily."

"I’ve been going here for over 10 years and it started out wonderful! Quality has definitely been decking over the last two years. Today was my last order. I never do bad reviews, but quite frankly when I called to let them (Anna the owner) know about the issues with our food tonight she would not let me get a word in! She kept making excuses and challenging everything I said and talking over me. I just felt she handled it unprofessionally and as a weekly customer for 10 years I’m disappointed in the more expensive less quality food, even more so of the unprofessionalism of the staff/owners."
