"Update: They seem to have upped their game and returned to their normal quality of food and service during the past few times I've went. I've changed my rating to reflect that. Original Review: I've been going to this Taco Bell for years now. Recently, the food quality has dropped considerably. I don't know what happened or what the issue is. I recently ordered a chalupa and a burrito, and both came cold. The chalupa shell was super hard and rigid, making it really difficult to chew and eat. Not only that, but they forgot to put beans in it. The burrito was also cold and hard. This happened 2 weeks ago when I last went and happened again today. They need to get their stuff together."

"Food was ok. 5 stars are for the drive through employee. I did not get his name but a coworker said to go to Taco Bell today and make sure to go through the drive thru. He would not tell us why, just said he did and he was happier for it. The drive through employee was engaging with every driver that came through and had a wonderful pleasant personality. He showed genuine interest in how my day was going and offered A+ customer service. As a retail store manager people like this heighten the experience for the customer."

"I ordered ahead online to get our lunch faster. You pull up through the drive through and they ask your name, that's when they start making the food. I understand my food would get mushy if made beforehand and Although it didn't take them that long to make it, I was hoping for a grab and go situation since we have a short lunch. Otherwise I would've just ordered through the drive through."

"I just ordered a Crunchwrap supreme and there is no meat in here…Just crumbs. This is the worst crunch wrap I’ve ever had. I was looking forward to this and am so disappointed.. why did they think this was acceptable to serve. I took a bite and thought somehow I received a vegetarian version- only to then see some meat crumbs- this makes no sense. Would not return here if this is the quality / standard of food for this place."
