Domino's Pizza

"Everyone’s had a bad experience at some point with customer service, but this is by far the worst customer service I experienced. I placed an order online to pick up. I double checked the pizza boxes to see if my orders were correct, one pizza was not and ice cold. I addressed it to the cashier who was friendly and understanding. He asked the manager (who was preparing the pizzas) to make another one. Manager was extremely hostile and rude. Clearly showed him on my phone of what I ordered and he told me he will prepare another pizza, but I have to pay for it again. The manager and I kept going back-and-forth explaining to him that He screwed up my order and I am not paying for another pizza. I requested a refund but was not given one. Based off of so many of the same bad reviews, corporate needs to step in. I noticed a lot of people complained about a woman manager who’s terrible with customers also. Both of these people need to be fired."

"I keep giving them multiple chances and it sucks every single time! The pan pizza is more expensive for it to be thick and fluffy and crispy when asking for well done. However, it is as thin as a thin crust pizza, chewy dough, not cooked, not crispy. Just horrible every single time. I wish they would just follow the proper recipe and not try to be stingy with their dough so the pizza actually fluffs up as it should! We get it from dominos in Clinton and it’s always perfect. Unfortunately, it’s too far to go to that location. I hope they read these reviews and try to make their pizza better. Properly cooked, using the right amount of dough and not try to be so stingy to save extra dough for horrible reviews!"

"I don't know what the newest reviews are even talking about because my last 3 times here have been the most disappointing domino's I've ever had. And Im all for dominos. Last few times the pizza was flavorless and barely any sauce on it. And today I thought they couldn't mess up hot wings but they did. They sold me these cheap dry looking wings. Never have I ever ate wings from dominos that looked this bad. Like why go cheap in the sauce??? It looks nothing like they used to or even online. I've been to Dominos hundreds of times and this location with the new management has ruined it all for me. I hope this trend doesn't continue because next time will be my last if they sell me dog food looking pizza and wings again."
