"Both managers Dante and Annie are the best. Customer service was amazing from both of them. Dante made my food I got a sandwich and salad and everything was right and perfectly made, I have no complaints. I am definitely going back and I will be making this my go to was because of the two of them!"
"My favorite WaWa, very clean and well-stocked with very friendly and courteous employees. Shawn the cashier is always very pleasant and friendly."
"i swear they dont have one bad employee, everyone is polite and professional, and most importantly, very good at their job, i havent had one wrong order, all the "special order" orders are always fulfilled correctly, and theyre relatively fast even when busy! i hope they get the credit and appreciation they deserve, because a lot of the other wawas in the area have a lot lower standards for quality!!"
"Ordered a sandwich and it was missing the meat. Called the store and was asked what my order # was and said they ask their manager to try and fix but didn't take any of my contact info. Poor quality food and poor customer service. Crazy how the small Wawa on Susquehanna outserviced this new larger Wawa."
"Huge fan of wawa as a whole but not a fan of this new Roslyn/ Abington location (Store 74). The smaller location up the road that closed to replace this one, made far superior food. My kids and their friends told me the food is lacking and they never get it right. I thought they were exaggerating. I was on my way home from work and stopped in and bought myself and my kids dinner. I spent over $30. Our orders were missing ingredients, my daughter practically got just bread and it was missing most of the ingredients. I called to cordially respectfully complain to the manager. I got a sorry and was told they will tell the workers to pay careful attention. No offer to make it right. I work too hard to waste money. My daughter said , “my hoagie is boring it is just bread” Gave this location a few chances and will now give my business to local small business’ for my hoagie/quick dinner needs. Store 74, the people of Rosyln / Abington etc work too hard to get “boring” flimsy food. Please do better. Our neighbors deserve it."
