"I used to love Pizza Hut, but after trying it 2 times at this location, I won't ever eat from here again .1st time pizza was dry and burned 2nd time I waited one hour and 30 mins for my pizza to arrive .I called and was put on hold for 5 mins, and I just hung up the phone."

"A new pizza hut opened up in Roslyn PA on Easton Rd this past summer 2023. My family and I tried them out shortly after opening and they were busy. It is a small wait area with no seating set up like the express pizza hut stores. It was crowded inside with aggravated customers for the long wait. It was barely any standing room to place an order let alone receive it. Person at front desk wasn't helpful. Figuring they needed to get past the brand new opening so we tried Pizza Hut in Roslyn PA yesterday 12/22/23 hoping for a better result. We ordered online this time and it wasn't crowded inside for pick up. I was unable to order stuffed crust because they didn't have any options for it online. I read several reviews saying this location doesn't have stuffed crust. I ordered 2 medium 2 topping pizza's and it was pathetic and tasteless although hot. The size of the pie and box looks like a small. Plenty of toppings but the cheese looked disgusting with no stretch. The slices wasn't cut evenly and not even close to it. The pizza was thin although I didn't order a thin sliced pizza and couldn't even hold up in your hand. The toppings were heavier than greasy thin bread so the slice hung down versus straight. They clearly aren't using enough dough to support the toppings. Barely any sauce on the pizza and I don't ask for extra sauce from pizza hut. The most pitiful experience of it all is tasteless. Pizza Hut signature is it's taste and good service. This made me wonder if this location were imposters because I have never had the worst pizza and twice from the same location. It is certainly this location as I've had pizza hut this year from other locations with none of these issues. I would suggest heavy training at this location in customer service and pizza preparation and cooking. I can't believe I am saying this but Little Caesar's and Papa John actually beats this Pizza Hut location to date. I am a huge fan of Pizza Hut so this stinks! Do better Pizza Hut on Easton Rd in Roslyn, PA. The area was excited to see you come. Please don't make the community just as excited to see you go."

"People expect too much out of a takeaway Pizza Hut these days. Been here a few times since they opened and never had any major issues with wait times or food quality. Maybe had to wait a few minutes beyond the estimated time, but again, it’s a Pizza Hut. Staff is friendly, the screen with upcoming orders is a nice touch as well. It’s small (which makes sense for a takeout only spot) but seems to be pretty clean in there too. Overall this is a decent Pizza Hut - it is not where I’d go if I expected a perfect and artisanal pizza experience, but when I want a hit of nostalgia/sodium/cholesterol, it does the trick pretty well."

"I placed my order before I picked up my food, and it was completed by the time I got there even though it was extremely busy. I see that they are really working hard to get everything done since they opened. Food wise, the pizza and the breadsticks were great."
