"Just stood in line for 45 minutes, there’s one teller, she’s elderly and loves to talk. Took about 15-20 minutes for two customers, then came another elderly lady they were talking about removing someone dead off her account like everyone else in line isn’t just trying to do simple things. She could’ve just sent her over to an account specialist there’s three of them all sitting in their offices staring at their screens. I left after two or three others in line left I couldn’t taste it no more. Not the BofA to go to if you have literally anything else to do throughout the day."

"I went to two different branch, they have the worse business hours, long line and one person working!!"

"The worse Bank of America always one person at the teller. Line is always out the door and drive through is always closed. Employees just be watching how long the lines get and don’t help"

"The Bensalem branch of BOA is the worst. They do not answer the phone. Your call goes in an automated loop and nobody ever picks up. (other branches pick up after two rings) When you visit in person there is never enough staff to wait on the customers. If you want to speak with a banker regarding opening an account or servicing your existing account they tell you to schedule an appointment, or you can sit and wait an hour or so to see if someone will become available. I do not recommend using this branch. Go somewhere else. Just Awful."
