"I experienced the worst customer service there is with this agency. As I called about a legitimate concern on my policy— staff was extremely unprofessional, refused to listen, spoke over me several times, laughed, had side conversations and then hanged up on me as the clock hit 5pm. They did not follow through with removing a vehicle from my policy which I called several months ago. This is the first time I have an issue with them after being with them for quite some time. However, I learned that once you have an issue they will not take responsibility and/or provide any assistance/customer service. I advise to seek business elsewhere. Disclaimer: I am not one to write negative reviews, however, given my terrible experience, I felt the need to warn others."
