"I came here in May and received terrible service. My nails began to come off only hours after they were done. My nail tech was rude late, stopping my service to take lunch orders, and cursed throughout my entire appointment. When I arrived the next day to have my nail fixed the receptionist made it seem like after spending $135, I was being unreasonable by asking my nails be fixed that day or refunded, I wasn’t rude, I wasn’t loud but I was stern in my needs as they were for an event the next day. She texted me talking rudely about me by accident. I waited almost 2 hours. They fixed one nail and then I went home and another came off. At this point I had to speak to the owner who unfortunately like most owners in our community especially in this field failed to take accountability of the mishap. She was rude, snarky, and told me she would only offer me back $35 of what I spent and 25% off my next appointment IF I came back. Why would I come back and spend money with a company that treated me so poorly? None of the people who interacted with me at the shop would ever tolerate the experience I had if it were them. I asked could the set be redone and the owner condescendingly told me she doesn’t own the tech and she doesn’t have to redo them if she doesn’t want to. Be aware of shops that pay brand ambassadors online to speak highly of their businesses- you won’t receive the same quality as them. Every time I post pictures of my nails google takes down the review, but I just want to make others aware."

"Nice black owned nailery. The ladies who work here are nice. So far my experiences have been good. They offer wine/water and there's plenty of "girl talk". They've been getting my coins faithly for the past several months. They offer other services as well. Prices can be on the high side if your not use to paying $50+ for nails. I definitely would recommend. Check them out for yourself. All the ladies do a great job."
