"My wife currently works there.. was burned on job, head to toe, due to negligence of another employee.. And the boss has thus far refused workers comp for says she was told would be covered (like a day she missed literally).. they refuse to cover medical bill, and even hang up on the hospital...and he threatens my wifes job when she tries to discuss it, and solutions to the situation. Needless to say the managers a creep who hires easily manipulatable women to push around and brushes injuries and issues under rug to keep medical coverage costs low and keep his job. Disgusting man.. hopefully when we confront the owner his thoughts are different because we will be going up and up the chain until we find someone who isnt a sociopath. Forgot to add.. her first paycheck bounced as well.. soo be wary future employees."

"Quick service. I get the dairy free milk option for my coffee. A bit too expensive, bring your own milk. Otherwise great! I always get my toddlers the sprinkle donuts and munchkins"

"Where do I even begin? The place was filthy from the handprints on the glass to the sticky tables and obvious neglect to cleanliness. Not only was my order wrong, the dairy in my iced coffee was spoiled and it had chunks in it which I did not discover until driving away. They were out of most everything and the donuts they did have were mislabeled. I wouldn't go back to this location of my order was free. It was gross."

"I usually don’t have issues with this location but today they were really off. After waiting for 15 minutes for a breakfast sandwich, I asked where it was. (I placed a mobile order) They went to check. 5 minutes later I had to ask again because someone else was trying to get nearly the same sandwich after they had just ordered. They were losing everyone’s orders. I don’t expect much, but customers shouldn’t have to keep begging for them to make your food. Some people were asking for refunds after waiting so long. There were also balloons hanging down in front of the pickup area. How hard is it to cut them down?"

"Just a smear of cream cheese for a $3.00 bagel. They would have put more butter on it if I asked for that. Hearing plain as day about the staff bashing the manager was not what I wanted to hear waiting 7 minutes for a bagel with a smear of cream cheese not toasted. If Dunkin intends on keeping America running they will need to do better than that."
