Domino's Pizza

"Placed order at 601pm and tracke was showing a 37 to 47 minute delivery time. It's now 718pm and still no delivery. Finally got the delivery at 749pm. Pizza looks like it was sat on by someone, wings and cheese bread cold. Called and asked for the manager to complain about the food. Was told that the gm will call me back to work out the problem. Worst order ever and never will I be ordering from there."

"I have given this location SO MANY second chances over the last four years and they have failed to provide a positive experience every 9 times out of 10. Sometimes it will take two hours to get your order delivered. They almost always forget your dipping sauces, be they ones that come with an item or additional ones that cost extra. Once, during covid, they threw my pizza on the sidewalk outside my apartment building so it wasn't just cold, it was upside down and all cheese and toppings were stuck to the top of the box. Their app is completely useless as it never updates in real time. Even now, 20 minutes after my incomplete order was delivered, it will not update my order status so that I can file a complaint. Forget about getting any kind of refund as they will only ever give you credits to be used on future orders, thus perpetuating this toxic cycle. Do yourself a favor and skip Dominoes and get some real pizza from a place with an Italian name, like Angelo's or Primo's."

"I guess one slipped past the goalie. Have had MANY issues throughout the years at this location. Just one more that makes me realize I keep giving extra chances to a place that just will never get it right."

"I went there for a handmade pan pizza, while the order was being taken we had to repeat ourselves at least 5+ times for numerous steps of the pizza which was already annoying. Seemed like the cashier was struggling and barely had any assistance. When I finally got the pizza it tasted as if it was rushed and it was dry, I'm heavily disappointed. Especially because I asked for half to be a certain topping and only 3 damn slices were plain when half of it should've been.. no thank you. Mind you I couldn't even tell who the manager was in there, it just all seemed so unprofessional. And on top of that my stomach HURTS. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! Will NEVER come back to this location."

"This was my second time having a problem here. Normally they’re good, but on Fridays and Saturdays night time, I wouldn’t recommend ordering pizza at this location. The staff just kept doing what they were doing while customers stood there and waited for awhile. They made my pizza incorrect due to them having a “bad” batch of dough. I hope no one at the store at that time happened to be the manager, and if so he/she needs to manage better."
