"The first time I went I waited almost an hour because the hairdresser was working on someone else. Someone could have asked me if I wanted to reschedule or have someone else do my hair but they didn't. The girl that washed my hair had absolutely no interest in doing her job. I we back 1 more time because the cut wasn't bad. The 2nd time I went it was the same girl washing. I was paying for wash and cut and then she asked if I wanted conditioner. The hairdresser was more interested in socializing with other people there. When I got home I looked at my hair and she had cut one side straight across and shorter than the other side which was longer and scraggly. Then I realized why she didn't turn me around to see the back and sides with a mirror. Not happy at all."

"This salon is great. I feel it’s so busy but a well oiled machine. I’ve only been twice and honestly I wasn’t sure after my first visit, but decided to box dye my hair to a terrible yellow. I booked another appointment hoping to help me and Sue is amazing! She did my hair the first time and it was great, I’m just frugal, but she did magic and corrected my hair in ways I didn’t think was possible! She really has a knack for coloring hair so if you screwed up your color I suggest her! Just give her a heads up on boxed dye and what color it is and I swear you’ll leave looking way better than when you came in! Can’t say I’ll go to another hair stylist after today! Also salon is clean, reasonably priced and everyone is beyond nice. Suggest 100%"

"LILLY IS A GREAT STYLIST!! I called and asked if they take walk in appointments and they said yes and I and an appointment within an hour. My appointment was with Lilly and she was AMAZING !! I had a root touch up and highlights and an amazing haircut. I would definitely recommend this salon. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be going back. Lilly is a great stylist ."
