The Pattenburg House

"While many of the great positive reviews were once correct, I believe this place has declined significantly. The bar stools were shredded, the bar top sticky, the glassware smelled as if it was washed in dirty water, and being one of the only people there, it took waaaaay to long to get our food. I will miss the old place and avoid this new place full of complacency."

"We just enjoyed another fabulous evening at the Pattenburg House and it occurred to me that I hadn't shown shown them some love in a review yet. I'll start with atmosphere. Pattenburg House is located in a historic building that has been in operation since 1872! The most recent owner did a renovation and the place now has a cool "old meets new" vibe. The history of the building is honored while adding their own modern footprint. Moving on to the food. Tonight we ordered the Pattenburg burger and the steak with truffle fries. Everything was cooked to order and perfect! Finally, the service, Erin was our waitress tonight and everything was spot on. She was friendly and attentive and made our visit perfect. Also, our server, Marco did a great job as well, service with a smile! To wrap it up, Pattenburg House is a great place for date nite or friends night out. They usually have live music on the weekends which adds to the experience. Overall, a great place!"

"Tucked on a not so busy country road, The Pattenburg House restaurant stands out through his uniqueness, originality and quality. From a well curated menu and a wide variety of beers, liquors and cocktail, to weekly entertainment programs including a variety of bands. The atmosphere is laid back, partly induced by a blues background music. The owner and hosts are friendly, and the food is delicious. Various arts are hanging on the walls. All together, a very cool and funky place. The steak I have ordered came with a veggie side and oven roasted potatoes. The gravy was fantastic, and so were the steak, potatoes and mixed vegetables. I have had a positive and amazing experience at The Pattenburg House. For this I would like to give credit were credit is due."

"We were on our way to another local bar when we happened to drive by The Pattenburg House. I hate to share this review because I believe this location is a hidden gem for locals. This was our first time here and can’t believe how friendly the staff was and how perfect this location was for my wife and I to enjoy a night out. I don’t know if it was the band or the drinks but this place is absolutely perfect! It has a nostalgic feel and the bartenders were amazing! The band playing just made The Pattenburg House perfect. We ordered a few appetizers including the coconut shrimp and a personal pizza. The pizza was ok and the shrimp was very good. The Brian Hanson Band was performing when we there and they are the best cover band I have ever heard. They played songs that I have never heard a cover band play and made our night spectacular. I hate to say how amazing this place was as I like that it was a local crowd. But honestly it is one of my favorite and so glad we decided to stop by. I can’t say how much I highly recommend it. Therefore I gave this location five out of five stars."
