Five Below

"The store was an absolute mess. Boxes upon boxes everywhere. The shelves barely had merchandise on them - most of it was on the floor. I wish I took some pictures. It was unbelievable. I'm not sure if it's because they're short staffed or because it's the holiday time and maybe they got a lot of shipments in? Either way, no excuse for how the store looked. I couldn't even get around with my baby's small stroller. Too much junk everywhere."

"I love Five Below. The brand is great and the prices are great. That being said, this location is the worst I’ve ever been to. Boxes everywhere, product on the floor, entire sections with no product. I turned around and walked back out. It was a nightmare. It’s night and day between this location and the Eldersburg store. If management reads this, please… get your act together. There’s no need for this type of craziness in your store. I needed a lightning cable. There were none, and I had to search through the loose USB C cables on the ground in hopes of finding a stray lightning cable. I gave up."

"Really rude staff who were working at the fixing the electronic aisle. It seemed like she didn't like the job and was taking it on the customers."

"They are in the middle of switching things over to Christmas so it was really tight to get through. Plus, they are using wrapping paper blocking aisles to make the maze to the checkout."

"Management was wearing a black wife beater so unprofessional. Guy ringing people up has a nasty attitude. Look if you can't leave ur home life at the door or don't wanna work then don't but all people deserve respect and customer service I will NEVER give this location my business."
