"Was unable to book the service that my gift card was for, so I had to call. After being put on hold 3 x, someone finally booked the appt. for me. I received several reminders via email and text, which was fine. I did not wait long when I arrived, which was nice. The service provider doing my massage had very good technical skills. However, she never introduced herself, so I didn't even know what name to write on the tip envelope or who to Venmo. One of the biggest issues was that I didn't receive the service that was booked. I had never gotten a hot stone massage, so when I saw a crockpot of stones, I just figured she would do that eventually. But that never happened and the massage was over. When I questioned her, I was told I should have told her that was what I was scheduled for when I came in. Bottom line, I didn't get the service that was booked and confirmed, and the provider could use some training on the customer service side of things. This was my first and probably last visit to this particular place. Of course, I now have a credit /gift card that will never get used. I should have been offered a cash refund on that portion of the upgrade I didn't receive."
