"My husband and I were looking for flooring for our kitchen and visited 6 stores, big box stores and smaller stores in Chautauqua and Warren County in PA. Stores we visited had staff who were not familiar with the product and in some stores we couldn't find anyone to wait on us. Our last trip to find flooring we decided to drive around Lakewood and Jamestown and look for another store. At this point my husband and I were ready to give up on the flooring. We saw the Custom Carpet Center store and decided to give this project one last shot. Walking in the store was like a breath of fresh air. We were immediately greeted by Nichole Goodman. She was so very nice and listened to the flooring details of our project. She then pointed out samples of the type of flooring we all agreed would work. Ms.Goodman pointed out there was currently a discount we would be eligible for and met with our contractor to discuss the installation. We returned a few days later with the decision to expand our project to the entire first floor of our home. Nichole introduced us to an application where the flooring could be inserted in a digital photo of our kitchen and living room. That is a great tool! "We love our new floors! We have a summer cottage near Chautauqua and wanted to replace 15 years of carpeting with wood flooring. Because we close the house down during the winter we were advised that we could not use wood so our wonderful sales person Nicole suggested luxury vinyl plank. We selected CaliBamboo Longboard which is a wide plank, and it looks just amazing. Nicole went out of her way to offer amazing customer service during the Covid-19 pandemic and navigated with us by phone and online. As soon as state regulations would permit, they were able to do the installation and it really looks fantastic. Installer Jeremy artfully arranged the boards so it looks realistic, warm, clean and rustic. He was fast, a great craftsman, and, very, very neat. We couldn’t be more pleased!"
