"Respectful employees that are knowledgeable they are reasonable and are open about policies and warranty’s my grandfather needed a new furnace and they quoted him reasonably and were installing the furnace the same week and even gave tips and tricks on other appliances that they were not there to fix. Very honest and knowledgeable company overall would recommend to family and close friends!! Also the secretary is very knowledgeable and kind and is always available."

"We were in need of a plumber to check out a water supply problem and clogged pipes in a house we just closed on. Did a Google search for "plumbers near me” and Reed’s popped up with FIVE STARS and now we know why!! I called and was greeted by a friendly and professional female who took my info and said she’d have the owner call me ASAP and he would definitely be able to get to us. Sure enough I got a call shortly after and they got out to us pretty quickly. They were very communicative, letting me know when they were headed out and when they arrived. They’re very professional, competent and skilled. They not only fixed our issues but they went the extra mile for us and we certainly appreciated it! I won’t call another plumber and they’ve got our business from here on with no reservations. This is a great local, small business and we’re happy to support them. Thanks again guys!"
