"Do not bother to make an appointment here. I made an appointment a week in advance recognizing it is a busy time of the year. When I arrived the man at the front desk told me to sit and wait and that they were busy. I let him know I had an appointment. He told me again they were busy and when I askEd how long he expected my wait to be he said “I don’t know. We are busy. Maybe 30 or more minutes.“ He was very nonchalant, no apology whatsoever. It seemed totally irrelevant that I had an appointment. Also, last time I was there getting my eyebrows waxed, the technician was screaming in my ear the whole time to a co-worker across the salon."

"I love getting my nails done here. They are always friendly they can almost always take me when I want to make my appointment for. I usually get Connie. She is such a sweetheart and always does an awesome job on my feet and nails. In the 4 years I’ve been going there I have never been unhappy with the service or the outcome of my nails. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great nail place!"

"It was my first visit and I had a difficult experience. I got a full acrylic set that costs $40. When I first walked in, the man at the register had a highly dismissive tone and after everything when I paid, he tossed my card back to me. Not very friendly. I felt stressed the entire time, constant flows of customers coming in and the environment didn’t feel calm. I felt like I was in a sweatshop. My nail lady was very nice and so were the other workers, everyone seemed to work nicely together. The electric file burned my nails feeling pressure and a few hours later, my fingers feel sore and rubbed at. I got a full acrylic set and when matching the tips, she only matched a few nails then instantly glued on the rest without seeing if they fit, my nails felt uneven. I wanted an almond shape but the nails looked very stubby, thick and lopsided. I did not mention anything at the time because the lights are dim and it’s hard to really look. I did not want to complain and make a big deal because it is not worth making a scene. The design itself is good but felt very very rushed. I understand there are many customers but this experience felt very detached and as if my satisfaction was not considered unless I said something. I paid $70 for this set, $40 is what they charge for a full set. I have been getting my nails done for awhile and I do not believe this design is worth $30 extra. There are only 8 tiny rhinestone gems. I feel bad for complaining but this was not worth the price."

"If you want detail go to this is the place. A full set with gems was at the best price. The nail technician was true to the picture I showed and also did the little variations I wanted. Emphasis on the artistry. Staff is incredibly nice and accommodating. Always a good experience."
