"11AM saloon was a perfect fit my my hair and makeup needs during my wedding. They were responsive, organized, and listened to what I wanted as well as my entire bridal party. Prior to my wedding day, 11AM assisted me with color matching/ ordering hair extensions and discussed various hair and makeup styles for my wedding day. From there, I had an excellent hair and makeup trial. They even let me try 2 different hair styles which made me feel more confident in my day of style that I chose. They showed up on time and prepared with a team of stylists my wedding morning. Their calming presence helped create the best vibe before I walked down the aisle. Everyone was so happy with their looks and felt like they truly listened to what they wanted. I had my dream hair and makeup and am so happy I chose to go with them on my very special day. "Went here on a recommendation from a friend. Stylist was really nice but didn't cut my hair to what I wanted/showed her. I told her I wanted long face framing pieces, and after I got home, I realized they were super uneven and extremely noticeable even to untrained eyes. There were many blunt pieces even though I told my stylist I absolutely did not want any. I'm just a little disappointed as it was a pretty expensive cut (30 something and 15 for tip) for this type of work. If I wanted a straight cut, I could've done it at home. Edit: Thanks for reaching out. However, I never called to complain about my hair. since it was already cut short, there was nothing that could fix it unless i planned on going back, making it shorter (absolutely did not want it any shorter after the cut). The picture I attached was the picture of the original cut as soon as I got home that day. My sister did not touch my hair at all. You must be referring to a different client. Cheers!"

"When i started looking into getting extensions i was worried that they wouldn’t work for my hair (since it’s naturally curly) but i’m so glad that i found 11 am. I got 20 inch extensions and Nikki blended my natural hair beautifully which was not an easy task with my color and texture, and all at a price that didn’t break the bank. I’m literally happier with how my hair looks now than i ever have been. All of the staff is super nice and welcoming, and so good at what they do. I always get so many compliments now on my hair it’s unreal, i will probably never go to anyone else but Nikki to get my hair done."
