"I STOPPED IN ON SUNDAY 9/17/23 ABOUT 6 AM WHILE ON MY WAY TO READING . I PURCHASED A NEWSPAPER, SMALL FRUIT AND A PREMADE WRAP SANDWICH WHICH WOULD HAVE COST ABOUT 14 DOLLARS AND CHANGE. SEVERAL WEEKS LATER MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT CAME THROUGH WITH A CHARGE OF 148.34 . I CALLED AND SPOKE TO THE MANAGER AND HE POLITELY HANDLED THE CALL. HE RESEARCHED THE SALE AND ADVISED ME I ALSO PURCHASED FUEL. I APPRECIATE HIM TAKING THE TIME TO HANDLE MY SITUATION WITH THE UTMOST PATIENCE AND GENUINE CONCERN. BEING A BUSINESS OWNER I TRULY APPRECIATE HIM"

"This place has gone drastically downhill in the last 2 years. The lady in charge of the coffee and specialty beverages spends more time chatting with customers that attending to the long line of people waiting 10 plus minutes for their drinks. Got a breakfast sandwich today and it was all raw bacon. There used to be a good staff here with a young man who spoke like an auctioneer. Find that individual clone him and employ him here again."

"I love this Wawa store. It is always clean and the employees are always very friendly. One of my favorite employees is Deb who works the register most mornings. She is a staple there and is always so kind and friendly and always starts my day off with a smile and puts me in a positive mood. She is very nice and customer oriented. I also thought Alyssa was very nice. I was short a dime in my change and rather than pull out a dollar she pulled one from the slush fund and I thought that was very sweet and kind and helpful. The people that make the food do a great job and are quick and courteous. Just wanted to take a minute and complement this place. They deserve it."
