"You deserve zero stars! American medical response sent me to this company for ambulance charges that I did not approve. The American Medical Response wrote off the charges and sent me to this collection company which hit my credit report. I've never approved these services and not responsible for the charges. No one can provide me bills that say I owe over 7500 dollars. This was 4 years ago and I've never received anything! This is crazy! You're charging people for crazy amounts and ruining their credit especially when people are barley able to pay their bills. This company is predatory! I don't know how you people sleep at night!"
"I thought you guys are suppose to report ACCURATE information. Every 7 months since 2019 they put the collection as a “ new collection “ so it renewed the account every time even though i haven’t spoken to anybody since 2019? On TOP of that i paid off my collection in September with the ORIGINAL CREDITOR and they’re still putting as I didn’t pay with them. It’s okay though i disputed it with proof of how often you guys renew this account to make it look brand new."
"I wish I could give zero stars. I am 72 years old and there is a No Surprise Medical law. that if you have not received a bill that the insurance did not pay then the debt collector cannot collect on it and has to remove from my credit report. Also the Lady Jennifer would not let me talk and was so rude and made me cry. then she hung up on me. So I have to call experian to see how I can get this bill off my credit. They have a incorrect date on there i am having a hard time with experian because the debt collector reported the bill as accurate. i been reading these reviews and if you do not get a response from them you can file with the CFPB."
"If only I could give this company negative stars, I would.. this company has to be a scam. I requested an itemized bill, and have yet to receive one. I have never heard of this company until it popped up on my credit report. When I call and question the bill, they can't answer. I asked to please send me an 'itemized bill', nothing. Who are these people? My credit was great until this mysterious company popped up. I've tried disputing the charges a couple of times, but it gets denied each time. Makes no sense to me. I refuse to pay for something I know nothing about."
"I am a chronically ill disabled individual who has dealt with multiple emergency room visits, procedures, and tests-- all of which I pay on time, in full, and have records of; this company has suddenly claimed I have an overdue bill of $900 from an Emergency Room visit over 2 years ago that was pay both for the facility and the specialized tests. There is no record of this bill anywhere at the facility, or in any billing department. There was not even a notice to say I had a bill due-- I found it on my credit history which caused my credit score to plummet. After going through 8 different departments related with this specific hospital visit from 2+ years ago and there is no record of this bill other than it was magically created in July of 2023 with no notice mailed or emailed. It has since doubled because it was deemed 'late' despite not having been given to me beforehand. I still don't have the physical bill!!!. This is so sketchy and such a disgusting way to exploit people dependent on medical care to survive. There is no proof of payment for this specific bill because it does not exist. They yelled at me on the phone and hung up. Absolutely disgusting. Reporting to Better Business Bureau as a scam."
