"I came here to get my hair shaped up. I had gotten my hair cut here previously and the first time the stylist was awesome and it was a great hair cut. The second time I got a different hair stylist. I told her that I had a longer pixie that grew out and needed it shaped up. She basically butchered it. I have coarse hair. If she wasn’t comfortable cutting and styling coarse hair she should have said that and I would have went somewhere else. A good stylist would tell you that they aren’t comfortable cutting your hair, instead of potentially screwing it up. But she proceeded to cut it and it did not look good. I had to go to a different salon to get it fixed."

"Love the staff and service at Holiday hair in Kennett Square, Pa. My stylist is Dulce and she is wonderful. I am so happy after every visit with her. She does such a great job with coloring and styling my hair! Thank you Holiday Hair!!!"

"I don't believe I'll ever patronize this salon again. All I needed was a trim, no wash. The stylist, who was an older woman with a long, fine hair in a French braid, was very rough with my hair. Pulling and ripping through it, proceeding to tell me I had awful hair with lots of breakage. Somehow she even managed to sell me 2 bottles of shampoo and conditioner which were supposed to be half price. After all that I was certainly overcharged but I never got a receipt so I was stuck with it. Never again will I tolerate such poor customer service."

"All the staff at this location are very professional and friendly and very talented. Have been a client here for years, along with my granddaughter, mostly a shampoo, trim and style. Recently chose to color my gray hair and after a professional consultation with Lisa, I had the color done and the outcome was excellent. My preference is to call ahead and make an appointment with my stylist, Lisa. However, I have had appointments with most of the staff, and they all do a fantastic job! (Chris)"

"Lisa does a wonderful job! I’ve been to her several times and now take my daughter to her as well. She takes her time, listens, and gives attention to detail. My daughter and I both leave with exactly what we want and feeling great! As a relational introvert, I also love that a she’s friendly and easy to talk to without the pressure of having to have a conversation the whole time. On one visit, we chatted for a bit, and then I spent a long part of the visit finishing my online back to school shopping that I urgently needed to do..other visits we chat the whole time. She’s very gracious and accommodating. She also took the time to talk my daughter through some care tips, knowing it was her very first time getting highlights. We’re very happy with Lisa and will continue to see her for all of our hair needs :)"
