"My food was great. I ordered a cheese steak and fries. Everything was perfect except for the fact that they forgot to send my soda!"
"Ah, the age-old debate of cheesesteak supremacy in Philadelphia! Although I have a strong preference for Chubby's on Henry Avenue, I was quite impressed with the cheesesteak I ordered from Pagano's today."
"Probably the biggest cheesesteak in Philly. It can easily feed two people. Very delicious. You definitely get your money's worth here. Service was very good and they're very efficient. They have a standup area inside of you'd like to eat your food there"
"Ordered 3 ingredients, missing 1. Piling a bunch of meat onto a sandwich doesn't make it a great steak. The meat is crumbly and oily, almost like ground beef. Not enough ketchup and the ketchup tasted cheap, not like Heinz. Any place that wraps their hot sandwiches in foil paper automatically drops a notch. The foil paper locks in too much moisture, making the roll soggy. The wings were good though."
"Customer service was better than years in the past. But, maybe it's because you're not ordering from the cooks whatsoever. Now the complete order goes with lady at cash register. This is because the cooks were very loosed lip and were rude; better process. The meat is not as tasty as before, but many other places the meat is kinda the same- on the blander side, unless you add salt/pepper. Mushroom steak is banging! I got one with cheese and sweet peppers/ onions and it was just ok. The bread gets soggy quick, but there is a lot of meat in one hoagie. Overall it was a good experience. We would go back as it wasn't packed during the week, early dinner."
