"I've been coming here for 4 years and Stacey is the best barber I've ever had! She is extremely friendly, funny, and super accommodating with appointments. Oh, and she's excellent at cutting hair and trimming beards! This place has a great environment and it feels like you are hanging out with friends. "I went here for ~10 years before I left for Texas, and came back and drove an hour just to start coming here again. At least 4 of the barbers that were there before are still there and are still friendly, competent, and though prices have gone up, well priced. Use to take my son (7 yrs old) here, and I'm looking forward to doing it again. Heather, Stacy, and Natasha are my go-to barbers. Walk ins have nearly zero chance to get a seat so make an appointment, they're super busy. One of the few places where tipping doesn't piss me off because they just deserve what they get."

"Called ahead and talked to Stacey to confirm walk in availability, was told yes but there will be a wait. 3 barbers were In the shop. Was completely forgotten about, and waited 45 minutes and had two other customers taken before me before I finally walked out of the shop with no haircut. I get that walk in availability is not guaranteed, that's not my issue. My issue is that I was told yes we can definitely cut your hair, and then was made to waste an hour of my time leaving with no haircut. 45 minutes is not an acceptable wait, 45 minutes is a meeting. Just tell me no, there's no availability. I would be perfectly happy to not waste my time and just go somewhere else. Can't speak to the quality of their haircuts, but their service is terrible. The barbers spend more time talking than cutting hair. They had plenty of time to take me in the 45 minutes I was waiting, but they would rather gossip amongst each other and customers than actually work. No updates, no hey I'll take you after this guy, nothing. Manager, you've got serious problems in your shop that are bleeding money, take notice before it's too late. Spoke to Stacey on the phone and In shop. Another business gets my money today."

"I was a walk-in because I needed a last-minute haircut. I was provided service immediately by Cammy. She listened to how I wanted my haircut and followed through. The service was great, the haircut was how I wanted it, and the cost was pretty affordable considering the other shops around. I’m very happy with this experience, I will be coming back"
