"me and my boyfriend both ordered quarter pounder meals and they both came raw, so we told them and they offered to make us new ones. we got the new ones and they still came back raw. multiple times we told them and after the third time we just got our money back because they literally put a uncooked patty on the burger buns and called it a day. i will never eat here again!!"

"We asked for an order of 1 thing of hotcakes for my daughter and they gave us 3 sets of hotcakes and random sandwiches we went back around immediately they told us we couldn’t give it back because they already took the money off our card and the fact we said 3 pancakes(which is what the hotcakes come in). As someone who used to work in fast food, the order should be read back to each customer when they hear it, so any miscommunications are cleared up before someone pays from something they didn’t ask for. Hope for a better experience next time!"
