"My first time coming here was a few days ago, maybe 11-20-20. Before booking a appointment I called to ask how much a full highlight and cut would cost. The woman on the phone told me $150. I was okay with that so the woman informed me she had a opening later that day, that if I wanted it I could have that appointment. Well I went, met a wonderful stylist named Beth, and she did a wonderful job! She cut highlighted my hair, took her time on what I wanted and didn't try to push me into anything! When I was finished, I thanked Beth and told her how grateful I was and how happy I was with her work. I walked to the front desk to pay expecting to pay around $215.00 with the shampoo and a 10.00 tip. The woman informed me she couldn't put the tip on the card (I had not a dollar with me) and the price was 260.00 for a cut, highlights and shampoo & conditioner. I'll be back for a touch up but they have high prices. Beth did give me her cell number because I told her I would be back the next day they were open to give her a tip, and I I informed her of what I was told and what happened and she insisted on me not worrying about the tip, but I cash app her 25 for a tip. But again, beth if you see this, I'm still in love with my hair and I will definitely be a customer of yours for as long as you're a stylist!!!"
