Hair Cuttery

"I had an 8 AM appointment and arrived at 7:57 AM and was told I had to wait outside in the cold until they opened at 8. I don’t understand why they couldn’t let me sit inside for 3 minutes. The one hairdresser smelled very strongly of weed every time she walked by my chair. To top it all off, they sent me out in the winter with my hair still half wet and then I had to rewash my hair because there was still dye in it that hadn’t been washed out. I don’t believe they used any product in my hair as it didn’t even smell nice. I was extremely dissatisfied and disappointed as a newly post-partum mom looking to pamper herself for the first time in a while."

"Jess did a great job with placement of highlights and fashion color to give me enough coverage to maintain a ‘conservative work appropriate’ look and the option to be as flashy as I want out of the office. Excellent mix of custom color and toner to give the icy white I wanted on top and the peekaboo flash of sunset blue underneath. She took my personal style and hair habits into consideration with cut and color and made sure I knew how to maintain my new look after I left the shop. Amazing work - as always!"
