"The WORST burger ever!!! Flavorless bbq beef brisket, and burger. Yuck! I really tried to give it a chance. 2 strikes is enough for me in 4 years. They definitely need better seasonings. If you like these burgers, you probably only use s & p seasonings in your house. How can you mess up bbq beef brisket? Bbq sauce must be for diabetics. They serve undercooked bacon. Sent back 2x to get crispy bacon. Still an epic failure. The ONLY good thing was the onion rings! They were very good. A huge greasy diseaster! Not worth $23 82. Smashburger, you owe me $15 + tax. If you go, get 3 orders of the onion rings. That's it."

"Everywhere you look there is dirt, dust.. everything is broken in the bathroom. Employees make sure they are not happy you are there. ( I got loudly corrected , pretty much yelled at ) for taking napkins from the wrong pile, which was literally next to the counter ) We had OVERPRICED SUBPAR QUALITY burger. absolutely no toppings, no tomatoes or lettuce. the Swiss cheese in my burger was BURNT CRISP, that burger was not worth 9 dollars. Save your money, sanity and potentially your health and go somewhere else.."

"The food was so good. I've never been to a Smashburger before so I was excited to try. My only gripe was that we slid all over the floors. Other than that the staff we interacted with was friendly. I hope the Allentown one is just as good because we drove an hour and a half here, but would absolutely make the trip again. My boyfriend pretended to ring a bell to show his appreciation."

"The burger and sweet potato fries that I ordered was good, all the ingredients worked well together. Not a long wait time to order, meal was cooked well, and delivered to my table. The store was very clean and staff was friendly. The only thing I did not prefer was the music was a bit too loud for my taste."

"Ordered two double classic smash burgers with bacon at 12:48PM on a Saturday through their mobile app that said order would be ready in 15 minutes. They delivered on that time. Ingredients were fresh and beef was juicy. Great distribution of the ingredients! It's hard to say anything bad about my experience other than the fact that I wasn't able to finish both burgers in one sitting because it was more food than my stomach could handle. Keep it up!"
