"We had our honeymoon here 20 years ago and we loved it! Just recently, we stayed here for 3 nights to celebrate our anniversary. Just a lovely place to spend some quiet time. The food was as excellent as we remembered all those years ago. The room was very clean and cozy. The staff was tremendous, ready to answer any questions we had, always courteous, and provided "service with a smile". If you're looking for a quiet getaway with excellent accommodations and delicious food, this is a terrific option! Some good hiking options within walking distance of your stay, and they'll provide snow shoes if you're feeling particularly adventurous on a snowy day."

"I am not even sure where to start with how wonderful our experience was this weekend. We stayed this weekend from Friday until Sunday and every detail was perfect. Breakfast may have been my favorite part. We stayed in the Geneva room but hope if we every have the opportunity to return, we can stay in a room with a fancy tub and a view. The spa staff was wonderful, especially the lovely lady who may have been managing the spa. Her name is slipping my mind, but she made sure we had everything we needed yesterday during our spa day and today when we arrived for pedicures. We did not eat dinner at the Inn, we have pretty simple tastes so we took a ride to Promised Land Inn. I would have loved to eat there if the menu was appealing to us. I'm sure it was all delicious though! My only complaint was the pool was a bit cold, and it would have been nice to have a few more loungers in the pool area. A guy nearly ran us over to get to one. All in all, it was a wonderful weekend, and we hope to return!"

"My husband and I came here on our "baby moon" this past weekend, we stayed in the Bordeaux suite. The suite itself was very spacious, clean, and overall it was a very pretty room. We had our own private balcony, although it was too cold to sit outside. The package we got included complimentary breakfast everyday, and a credit towards the spa. Breakfast was always very good and fresh. They have breakfast specials on weekends. The spa was very clean, staff was very friendly and professional. I got the mommy to be package while my husband got the gentleman's package. We both got a 50 min massage, 30 mins facial and a pedicure. We very much enjoyed the service. They also have an indoor heated pool and sauna in the same area of the spa. You really don't even have to leave the area, everything is right there, unless you love to shop (like me); there are a few antique stores nearby, there is also an outlet about 30 mins away. We dined in the inn the second night we got there, which is the same area where you go to eat breakfast. The food was excellent. Overall we really loved our stay at The French Manor Inn and Spa."

"We planned a girls spa weekend at the French Manor for the first time. We were pleasantly surprised with the fantastic dinner on our first night! Chef is truly talented. Our server David was phenomenal. He suggested the beef bourguignon and it was one of the best meals ever. The full breakfast is generous and the Omelet was perfectly hot. Our suite was clean and spacious with beautiful views and seemed renovated nicely. The spa area was small with an indoor pool that could have been hotter. Perfect for 1-2 nights away if looking for a quiet getaway as there is not much in the area."
