"12/29/2023 update: I thought I’d give them a second chance after a few months. They made it arguably worse than before. I should have left without paying this one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever had, given what I requested (a trim). You could describe the haircut you want down to the millimeter, and you’ll still just get whatever the barber feels like cutting."
