"NOT RECOMMENDED!!! NB brought in a contractor for installation in Feb 2019. Unfortunately he passed away. We patiently waited for NB to figure out what they were going to do. We ended up contacting NB sales in May and said we couldn't continue living out of boxes and walking around the mess! They sent in 2 other guys. They never to this day finished the job. Left their equipment and some personal items blocking my garage up. They brought someone named Shane in for our countertops. They measured 3 times and it's still is wrong. Doesn't cover the drawers under it! Shane said "your wall is crooked and that's as good as it gets."!!! Really? How professional..not. Greg the contractor disappeared, changed or turned of his phone. No one could tell us anything. Or finish it!!! I'm a handicapped older female and I'm trying to fix what I can. I gave one star because I like the color of the cabinets. If possible avoid this company (Tim, Tom, Greg and Shane) like the plague unless you want to pay them and do the work yourself!! They'll take your money and leave you hanging! It's August and I'm still trying to fix it!!"
