"Avoid this shop if you expect reasonable customer service. I have been using this shop for about 9 months, getting a simple military buzz cut. They were always several idle barbers when I went, but I used the same barber each time. On my last visit my "regular" barber was not working. Three barbers were sitting idle, so I asked any of them for help. They all refused. The excuse was that they did not "understand" my hair (remember this is a five-minute military buzz cut) and that I should return another day. Ignoring the fact that I had a family event that night, what kind of customer service is this? The haircut was no better than at any other shop. It took me about 5 minutes to find another shop nearby that was more welcoming."
