"The last time I was here, everything was fine. Henry did good work. But today, it was awful. I'm not sure what his name was, but he did not cut my beard right at all. I put notes in my appointment info hoping that might clear up any issue. My haircut was fine, but I asked that he just clean up my beard a little bit, cut the small hairs that were popping out here and there, and then shave my neck and back of my neck with a hot lather. He thinned my beard a lot, pulled up my neck line rather than just clean it up and then used a razor box to scour my neck clean using only powder to lubricate and protect my skin (which it did not). The only time he turned me toward the mirror during the entire service was once things were done, and he even left a bald patch under my chin. I may return to see Henry, but in general I don't think I'll be patronizing this business again."

"I found this new spot. It’s pretty clean inside nice atmosphere very relaxing. I got a manicure and pedicure by hailey. She was very gentle and detailed. They do not do acrylic but they were nice enough to take the acrylic off my toes and I got a very nice massage. Great service and I even got some water and a thank you cookie!"
