"I was hesitant to change hair stylists. I have been seeing mine for 20 years. But I had been frustrated with the salon for a while. I was also scared that not everyone knows how to do "my kind of hair". I didn't want to go through the process of having to grow into another stylist. I walked into M Matthew Salon one day on a whim and booked an appointment. Their door was propped open and something just drew me in. Maybe it was the blast of cool air on a hot day. Or maybe because it was a small, local business that had its door open, which is something I don't see much of anymore. I've seen Anastasia twice and can't wait to go back again. I have TWO appointments booked with her next month. (My usual is once/month.) My hair feels so alive. And my husband compliments me on my hair more than I can ever remember. I admire Anastasia's willingness to learn and research. The salon is a beautiful facility and the customer service is excellent. Not that robotic "this is how I have to treat customers". A genuine interest in me and my family, where I'm from, how's life, etc. I didn't realize how much I had been missing out. I'm so happy that I decided to take a chance with Anastasia and M Matthew. Even if you're not near Berwyn, you should make a trip to check them out. You won't regret it. I haven't!"

"This is a great salon. After moving to the area, I came to the salon and have my hair now regularly cut by Jackie, who does an excellent job with my thick, long hair. It's a small husband and wife owned shop, and you can really tell they care about their clients and business. Highly recommended."
