"I just had the pleasure of trying Studio Pear for the first time yesterday. First off, the location and studio itself was adorable! All of the staff I spoke to were so pleasant and accommodating. Even other customers were friendly and chatty with me which I appreciated since I was riddled with anxiety after having a terrible experience with a hair stylist close to a decade ago and have not set foot in a salon since. My hair was a mess from me attempting to maintain it on my own, with no experience the last 4ish years. My stylist, Gina was absolutely fantastic! She made it look totally effortless (to cut and correct the butcher job I had done to myself). I had no idea what I wanted but she suggested a bayalage since it was lower maintenance and I agreed. The color she chose and the way she did it is subtle and beautiful, especially in the light. The way she styled my hair after is a way I've been trying to figure out how to do myself a long time. And on top of it, Gina was an absolutely lovely and genuine person! I will definitely be returning and recommending not just because I love the job Gina did but also because I think it is important to support local businesses, with real and good people who actually deserve your business."
