"Stay Away. Truly the worst experience. They placed an untrained woman to shampoo my hair after the relaxer. She mangled my hair in a big knot from rubbing in a circular motion. The asinine hair dresser tried to blame the $75 relaxer that I have used for 5 years with countless other stylist. I lost approximately 3 inches from the length. I was angry seeing all the hair I lost in the sink my hair is also still natural in the front. Disaster!!"

"My hair looks HORRIBLE! I came in yesterday evening for simple removal of volume, long layers and a v shaped cut, first the stylist rudely said that she WILL NOT cut volume out of my hair which was the whole point since my hair is really thick and curly. Then she cut my hair in less than 10 minutes. Didn’t take her time to ask about my texture and assumed that since my hair was thin while wet it would stay thin, which it will not. Then she proceeded to quickly cut my hair into extremely short layers. Then she said the layers would take volume out, which it did not. My hair is so much thicker than before. My hair looks horrible and the ladies are rude."

"I’ve been here two times and the experience was good, the third and last time I’ve came here was very horrible, racist and ignorant workers , act like she didn’t wanna do my hair because I was black and then was yanking and pushing my head while blow drying my hair.. she said something to me that was really racist and I spend alot of money here and by the comments, I’m not the only one this happened to. Never again , if you’re a black girl please go to hairitage at the mall. They take good of your hair and are very friendly. Stop supporting RACIST PEOPLE."

"Needed a Hispanic salon like the one I go to in NYC, this is the closest to the one I used to go to back at home. They are kind, and do good hair. A little scissor happy, but they straighten hair very well. Michelle is very nice."
