"Goat’s Beard is a solid place to have dinner/drinks at in Wayne. I love the TGB nuggets, they are perfectly fried and coated in a sauce that is perfectly spiced with sriracha and is balanced by the honey and lime. It is one of the most underrated items here. I usually will get that as my meal with a side of fries. The fries are fresh and perfectly seasoned. I am semi disappointed as it is slightly on the soggy side - I love my fries crispy. Another dish I didn’t think I would like but I did enjoy was the broccoli ricotta pizza. What a wonderful crust and the crisp broccoli paired with the creamy ricotta makes for a delicious and filling pizza. The drinks were average, nothing really to write home about but they were decent. It is a little cramped inside, but what restaurant in Wayne isn’t."

"As always I’m looking for that privately owned establishment that understands food. They knocked it outing the park. Food and beer worked perfectly together and made for an excellent experience. I had the salmon on a bed of roots and summer squash. Each bite was better than the last and The Goat’s Beard Alpha Acid Trip was the perfect complement. You should stop by, your time and money will be well spent. It’s not even that much money considering the quality."

"Food wise this place just wasn’t for me. I felt like the gnocchi Mac and cheese was different but not something I would come back for or anything. The steak on top was okay. I do think it was a decent portion as I had leftovers to bring home. My date didn’t finish her risotto, I don’t think she liked it. For what this place costs I wouldn’t return. I think the ambiance is pretty cool. IMO the service was polite and fast. Dont know if only some servers let you know but my server was clear that the gratuity was included, not sure what’s up with all the reviews mad over it."

"Great location for this whiskey bar. The parking is metered street. There's outdoor dining under umbrellas, cozy tables inside and the bar. The place should feel like a dive but it's not. It's a whiskey bar but it feels like a well lit, fairly modern, public house. It's family friendly which is a mixed blessing. There are high chairs available. The menu has appetizers that aren't great for sharing but delicious. Pizzas, salads and a mix of cuisines that is American fare. There's a fun drinks menu with a decent number of local beers on tap, a few seasonal items by the bottle and cocktails to rival the whiskeys on offer. During the busy happy hour there are more people checking on the service than running the service. The decor isn't remarkable but there's a display of locks that piqued my interest. It's unclear how a wheelchair users can access the restrooms or navigate the space when it's busy but the staff will assist as much as possible."

"This is one of our favorite spots right off the main line in Wayne to dine in at. The TGB nuggets and SMC salad are my constant go to. My husband loves the cheeseburger and from the bites (he’s been willing to allow), I see why. You can taste the quality in anything you order here. Fresh flavorful food and great indoor/outdoor dining. The inside can get quite loud during dinner time or during busy times because of the indoor room acoustics but the food is just so good and everyone is there to have a good time. If you’re a whiskey lover, this is a good place to be!"
