"Not even sure where to start; but, oh boy is the service horrible. We were seated promptly our server came over took our drink and appetizer order. My husband was not given the drink he ordered so he had to wait for Jenn to come back. When she came back she took our entree order, mind you we still haven't seen our appetizer and we had to ask for the correct drink for my husband. So she asks us if we wanted an appetizer we told her you took that order when you took our drink order. So needless to say she ran off because she forgot to put in the appetizer order. Our food did eventually come out. The food was hot and fresh. My meal was not as I ordered; but, it was fine I took what I didn't order off of my sandwich. We waited 15 minutes for our check, when Jenn came back we gave her our credit card. When she came back for us to sign the bill she gave us somebody else's credit card and bill. We tell her it is wrong, she grabs it and runs around trying to figure out where it goes. She was holding our credit card in her hand and tried giving it to two different guests. I told her it was ours and to give it to us. She lost another guests credit card and boy was he mad! I don't blame him either. When we got home we looked at our credit statement, lo and behold we were charged for our check and somebody else's. Yes, I called the credit card company. So sad that the service was terrible, because the food and atmosphere are excellent. Jenn's performance with the credit cards sealed the deal for us we will not be back."

"The atmosphere is nice but not extraordinary as it is often described. They serve unique Benedicts for brunch and a wide variety of drinks. I found their burgers to be good but not great. Service was very good and reliable, but to be fair we opened the place on a Sunday morning."

"Great looking place. Staff was very friendly. The food tastes amazing and the portions are really good as well. We ordered loaded potato chips and southwest chicken burger and both tasted good. Atmosphere inside is very nice as well. Would definitely recommend!"

"Terrific place for good comfort food. The loaded potato chips hit the spot! Burgers are fantastic - I highly recommend the American burger. Prices are very reasonable for the portions, service is always quick, and the ingredients fresh. The fries could use some extra flair, but are good nonetheless. I actually prefer the crinkle-cut sweet potato fries - great balance of salty and sweet."
