"Lex is amazing. She gave me a great new color!!!"
"Regeana did such a beautiful job bringing my curls back to life and showing me how to properly care for them. I cannot thank or recommend her enough! 100/5 stars"
"Hair Cuttery Lionville is a great place to get a good cut. I used to pay $$$ when I had lots of income. I found that you can get a good cut at a reasonable price. I always look for an experienced stylist. It's worth the extra cost for a better cut."
"Got there at 4:10, which was 20 min early for a 4:30 Appt for my 7 year old son’s haircut (that’s on me). Our stylist never acknowledged us while she very slowly started the blow-dry for her 4:00-4:30 appt ahead of us. The only other stylist there acknowledged us, since she was who checked us in, and she finished her clients’ hair cuts on time, and was ready for her 4:30 (who wisely showed up at 4:28). As it hit 4:42 and we had now been there 32 min (and now 12 min past our appt time of 4:30), I wrongly assumed our stylist would be in just as much of a hurry to finish blowing her 4:00-4:30 appt’s hair dry and get my son’s hair cut before her 5:00 appt, but she instead took her time, even took a phone call, and then stopped blow drying for several moments while her client made a phone call, and then slowly walked to the register to take payment. By now it was 4:45 and I (like everyone else in the salon) thought she’d hurry us to her chair, but she then walked to the back and disappeared. At 4:51, the other stylist started calling her name anxiously (her name is Regina), and she answered back that she would be “right up,”, but it was still 2 more minutes before she walked upfront (4:53), and it was with a broom to slowly start sweeping up her 4:00 appt’s hair. So when the other stylist looked at us and apologized for her AGAIN, we said “we’re obviously leaving” and, despite the other stylist’s continued apologies for Regina, Regina didn’t seem to care one bit. I was going to leave it at that, until I opened my email and there was something from haircuttery saying we were a “no show.” Nope. We were there, and it was the biggest waste of mine and my son’s time. We’ll never be back, and we will make sure to let others know about our poor experience."
"I paid 125.00 for my hair to look slightly different. Not happy with my service. Came in at 9:20 for my 9:30 appointment for full highlights. My hair stylist wasn't even there yet and still wasn't there until about ten minutes after my appointment time. She asked what I wanted and explained that I wanted golden honey blond highlights. She said that I was going to bed a toner which would be $25 more than what I was told when I scheduled. If that's a procedure that normally needs to be done then it should be included. She was a bit rude in telling me this and didn't really explain what a toner does but I said to let's see if we need it after the highlights because I never needed a toner before. She also didn't say a single word to me the entire hour it took her to put in the highlights. Well the highlights ended up turning my hair pink, like very pink. So of course I needed the toner. She ended up having to call her boss and other employees to try to find the best way to get rid of the pink. After two toner treatments, 4 hours, and a wasted $125.00 my hair looked slightly different and blown straight. She was less rude after she realized she turned my hair pink so that's good I guess. Not happy with my service or the fact that I could use my 20% off coupon because Jair Cuttery apparently only lets you use that coupon Monday through Wednesday. Thanks Hair Cuttery for wasting my time and money."
