"Came in for a new style for my hair. Sat and waited for over an hour and a half. Completely understood the reasoning for it, and the front desk woman was very kind and kept me very much informed and updated. My stylist was very nice as well, the atmosphere was fun and very clean. I'm giving this three stars only due to the fact that I showed my hair stylist many pictures of what I was looking for, and I ended up with a botched job, I asked for curtain bangs and layering to my face the only thing I got were curtain bangs on the one side that were very blunt and looks horrible, the other side is somewhat what I've asked for. My hair is completely uneven it looks horrible, i am very upset with the way it turned out, however everyone there was very kind wish my experience was better. Update to my review, hours later SAKARI has called me and offered a appointment with a wonderful stylist, they got me right in for Monday hope everything turns out wonderful! Went and seen Rosemary, not only did she give me a beautiful haircut and fixed the problems, she herself was upbeat and fun! Will definitely be making future appointments with her! Changed my review to 5 stars. They had an issue and the way they went about and fixed the problem gives the situation a 5. Thank you for caring about your clients!"

"I went to brighten my hair from brownish-red to a lighter blonde. They asked me to show a picture of what I wanted and I was told, quite rudely, that they wouldn’t be able to get it that bright. That’s not what makes me upset. It’s the fact that I spent 5 hours in the chair, with at least 3 pounds of foil on my head, and spent $260 for this hairstyle and there is still bright red at the top and untoned parts of my hair. I understand it takes multiple sessions to go from dark to light hair, however this is not a $260 hairstyle. The color was not stripped from my hair before the bleach, which made it pink and orange, and the parts that were bleached white are not toned. I appreciate how much time was spent on my hair but I am not pleased with the results."

I came in with a lot of anxiety because I had gotten scissor-happy and chopped my layers too short, but she was super willing to work with what I had and I walked out feeling like a whole new person. She also explained everything she was doing and made sure to let me know how to keep my hair healthy until next time. Such a great experience and will definitely be back!"
