"No wait for a walk-in cut. Tiff did a nice job, despite my not knowing to how describe shortness levels and sideburns. She could tell where my hair was cut with shears on my prior style and proceeded accordingly, not doing anything drastic. Thanks to her for giving me what I wanted on my nervous first time visit!"

"Called before coming in to specify how much a line-up would cost - spoke to a Christina and she stated it would cost $10. Waited 30 minutes as a walk-in. Had my hair done by a Joan who I specifically told that I just wanted a line-up and not to touch anything else. She clarified this with me by her saying “just an outline”. By the time it came around to checkout, Joan had tried to charge me for a full haircut which was $24. Once I had asked why it wasn’t $10 as stated on the phone, the rest of the stylists decided to team up on me - including the aforementioned Christina - by stating “if she used clippers and scissors then that’s a haircut and it’s $24”. Joan stated that she had “faded the sides” along with the outline using both scissors and clippers. I did not ask for this fade and she had only used clippers. Upon further inspection of my hair in the car, it is obvious that the cut was absolutely blundered. The line-up is uneven on both sides around my ears and the mystery “fade” Joan stated she gave me is not present. Took a chance on Sport Clips for a quick and easy touch up on my hair before an occasion. Will never make this mistake again & will be going to my normal barber tomorrow to get this hack-job of a simple line-up fixed. If you like dishonest people and unnecessary drama to just get a shoddy line-up then this is the place for you. Avoid."
"Usually have a good experience, but the stylist this time wasn’t super friendly, seemed “over it,” and didn’t make me feel comfortable asking for adjustments. Had to finish up when I got home. I won’t be coming to this location anymore."
