"I originally had rented to own a washer and have been not had anything but a positive experience, HOWEVER, with that being said, I then decided to rent to own a sofa/chaise combo, as well as a chaise lounge a couple of months ago. Fast forward to having the new furniture for about a week and noticing a few small areas on the seat cushions of the sofa/chaise combo being worn to the point of seeing the cotton underneath. When I had originally called and spoke to Theresa from the North Versailles store, she not only discounted my 10 dollars more monthly but also states she was ordering brand new seat covers for all seat cushions. I was more than satisfied. About a week or 2 later when I had gone to retrieve the cushion covers, I then discovered that they did not order the new covers, BUTall new seat cushions. I was unable to bring home due to the fact that they would not fit in the vehicle I had driven that day. Fast forward to 2.5 weeks ago whenwver I had called to inquire about retrieving them and speaking to Theresa , she then explained that those cushions were actually for another customer, EVEN thought when I went to pick up the first time my last name was written in sharpie on the protective plastic. She then says she'd get back to me within a week and I am Still waiting that call! I have called the store SEVERAL times and it rings for at least 10x and then disconnects. I am literally ready to take everything back at this point. Very inpro to say the least!"

"The delivery drivers were awesome! There was a major issue with fitting the washer down my basement steps but they were super nice about it and they eventually got it through the cellar door. But no matter the struggle they were super nice and did all they could and got me all set up . Thank you for your kindness and help! You guys rock!!"
