"First time going there this morning in hope to find a new barber. Nice place, most of the barbers had a good vibe. My barber had a slight dryer demeanor to the point I didn't want to ask to many questions because at time his face expression showed a little bother at times.Example I told my barber for the next time i wanted my beard a ceartin way he said "i can't he had to make it thinner, then asked me how am i suppose to do that", i told him thats how i usually get it. I felt like I was put on the spot with his demeanor. Like Im not a barber so i wouldn't have the answer to that question. The cut wasn't bad but wasn't what I was use to, or was I fully satisfied. I just paid plus tip and knew I wasn't coming back. Was disappointed because this place is in the area I live in plus it is a nice barber shop. Two and half stars. Besides a great cut a great demeanor is everything to me too. Clearly the response below show no care, basically passing the buck and no accountability and saying I can't be pleased. I just know what i want especially if im paying for it. I was willing to come back to try again because I know you can't always get it right the 1st time but wit this type of care for customer who are paying, better of finding a new barber. Never have I had issues getting a cut in my life in all of the DMV, but I Learned in life some people just can't do a good job."
