"The lady on Sunday morning was extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked for a haircut and she brushed my hair with so much force and didn’t care when I told her that it was painful. She just ignored me. My haircut took no more than 2 minutes and I see no difference. I didn’t even ask for her to fix it because she was in a terrible mood and I didn’t want to fight. I’m so furious and I will never be returning."

"I came in here today with my Friend for blowouts . We were told they would Be $65 based on length. We got a wash and deep conditioner without being told it was an up charge. The shampoo woman literally combed my hair from roots to ends during the shampoo process up until the rinse. By the time she was done,my scalp raw and painful. I was so happy to be out of her chair. That is until I got to the stylist with short blond hair in the first chair. She was completing another client who had her face balled up in pain and repeatedly told the blond stylist she was hurting her to no avail. Then it was my turn. She too blow dried my hair from the root ends straight down with no detangler or heat protection . Ripping through tangles as she combed( I have 3c hair!) no matter if I flinched or said ouch or moved my head she roughly turned it back and did not stop. Burned me multiple times with her dryer!!! THE PAINNN! She used no products in my hair at all! My and my friends hair ended up sweating out in a few hours that day. I hate this salon and the stylist had no communication skills or care for their clients. We were told $65 for this awful experience and ended up putting out $75 for my Friend and me $95. I hate this place."

"I come there faithfully an im charged 75$ the least, I sent my daughter You guys her 95$ for a blow out an her hair isn’t that long. I’m guessing since it was a little tangled but who’s hair isn’t after you wet it, also she didn’t get deep condition, she got the rolling set. So I’m confused why she is paying almost 100 walking out the door. If you don’t communicate well they will definitely take advantage so be aware! Definitely lost a customer"

"My experience here was terrible. I waiting almost 1 and half hours before they began my hair for my appointment. The stylist was jumping in between many different clients at once. The stylist did a poor job sewing in my hair I have a huge lump in the back and very thin sew in as she did not even sew in all three of my bundles. They then proceeded to over charge me 350 for a traditional sew in all because I didn’t use their hair. There is nothing on they website that says that just that it’s start at 100 dollars. They need to be more specific and better with communicating their prices. I was very disappointed leaving this shop and vowed to never return again. If I wasn’t in such a rush I would have caused a bigger fuss but I had no time but it was a very poor experience."
