"Asked for donut holes and was charged and given a dozen donuts. Asked for a large hot chocolate and given an x-large. Why don't people listen anymore?"
"Great food and coffee. The lines are long but I guess that speaks to their quality!"
"The WOSRT Dunkin in the 570. Rudest staff on the take out window, can’t let you finish ordering without saying (is that it or just saying pull up… before you’re done ordering) no thank you or hello. Slowest service. Don’t go before work or you’ll be late. Nothing good about this Dunkin, they need to redo their staffing or they need to get a Starbucks in there ASAP."
"The mobile order AHEAD here is a joke. The majority of the time your better off to wait in line because they will ignore your mobile order that has already been in for 10 minutes to do the five customers ordering at the register after you. I just don’t understand how it’s supposed to make it faster but instead it’s taking twice as long."
"I used to go to this place every single day for over a year in the 2021/2022 seasons. The service was phenomenal, the employees were fast…. For the past 8 months or so, every since all of those employees left, this place has been an absolute disaster. You go to the drive through, and you wait 20+ minutes to get your order — even if it’s only a single drink. If you go in, the employees are all socializing with one another, and taking their time with the drive-thru orders and you wait for your order there too. No matter what time of day, no matter what day of the week or week of the month you go, e excuse is always the same: “We’re short-staffed”. Either hire more employees and stop hiding behind that excuse, or get someone better to handle scheduling. This photo? I was sitting on the drive-thru line for 14 minutes without a single vehicle having moved. Any other place, any other state, every one of those employees would have been fired for inefficiency."
