She helped also with tips and teaching about my hair type and best ways to care for it. I plan to return to this shop, but I’m coming back here for the cut by Mandy. "I started going to Rooster's in 07/23 when I moved from out of state and found them because of google review, so it's only fitting I leave one. To start with, the use of the app is simple and easy. The shop is in a shopping center, nice area and the salon itself is always nice and clean on each visit. All my visits have been with Kristen, and this is where the 5 star service truly lies. I keep a pretty tight fade and she is an artist. As I've gotten older and honestly a little thinner on top, it takes true skill to keep my lines tight and the sides even and clean. She told me she's been recognized nationally for her fade skills so it's a perfect match. Precise is her specialty and attention to detail is flawless. Also the pampering from the straight razor on the neckline to the hot towel compress while my is hair is washed is relaxing. Not only is the haircut amazing but so is the company. Normally I'd just watch football on TV and zone out but she's engaging, extremely funny and can work meticulously while she keeps a conversation. She's become a friend of sorts, always giving me recommendations, asking about my personal life and how I'm settling into my new area. I'd recommend this Rooster's to anyone needing a comfortable place to get a very high quality cut with an extremely reasonable price. And if you want someone who's fade skills are second to none, chose Kristen. Just not every 3rd Saturday at 12ish, that's my time!!!"

"Usually have a very good experience here but today they had scheduled me for 930 I came in and then I was waiting there for 15 minutes to know that they had to swap my stylist. The receptionist was very bad. He saw me sitting there for 10 minutes and he did not let me know. This is very, very bad experience I come here two times a month. They said she had an emergency and my original stylist cannot make it Kim, but they should have informed me at 9 AM. It’s crazy I wasted one hour and headed back home now."
