"I’ve never had an issue with the cuts here. Wait times are usually low. But the price keeps going up and they refuse to take credit cards. Come on! It’s 2024. Just buy a Square/Clover terminal and give people the ability to use modern forms of payment. You’ll probably even get more tip money when people can simply tap the screen vs remember to carry extra dollar bills. If this place continues to be cash only by next year, I’ll find another barber."

"To the owner/manager - I have been coming to this place for the past 2 years now, however I am extremely disappointed and overly upset over the treatment that I have received from them today. I will henceforth will never ever step foot to your place and will also make sure to let this word spread because I was treated with extreme disrespect and the person who did my haircut had over the moon attitude to deal with the situation. I explicitly explained him the kind of haircut I want, however not only that person messed up my haircut from one side, but also when I told him the problem that there is and how he can fix it, he basically removed my apron and asked me get out of the store (In a more aggressive way but I don’t want to write any abusive words on this review) without any explanation and stood right across the wall. When I looked at him, he asked me to leave again. I have two questions for the owner - 1. If I am not happy/satisfied with the haircut and once he has messed it up, who am I supposed to inform that and who is responsible to make the necessary damage control, if not the person who did the haircut? 2. Is this the kind of service that is allowed or let go? I tried explaining it to his colleagues as well, but instead of listening to me to understand my point, they were more focused on blindly following and supporting their colleagues without having a word with him on what went wrong. Hell, they did not even let me talk, instead they always cut me while talking and giving more excuses. And One of the colleagues again asked me to get out of the place when I was only standing there to make the payment for their service. Both of them were extremely rude and I don’t think they deserve to work there considering the service for their customer since the last 2 years + inability to understand the kind of haircut that a person wants. They will only have excuses ready and nothing else. Very disappointed and upset, they are not even mature enough to resolve this thru dialogue and understanding. Straight away asked me to go out. Rude. Pathetic. Incompetent. To anyone seeing this review - I would prefer to go to the Worldgate barbershop over this place because their customer service is really good, plus their haircut would also be like how you want. Even something called Fades in Herndon is better, my friend usually go there and he’s happy with that. You can also compare the star ratings of all the nearby barbershop places in Herndon. This place is at 4.1, where the other two mentioned are 4.2 and 4.3 respectively."

"Theri (I think that's the correct spelling) was very nice. She listened to me, was patient, and helped manage my expectations on how the hair would come out. She charged about $40 for a woman's cut, a little more expensive than expected, but my hair was thick and took a bit long. Thank you so much for the wonderful service and seeing me quickly."
