"Seems all of the 5 star reviews are for the Spa... massages, etc. Not many for the hair cuts. I was unable to go to my usual salon, so I went to Cortos. The staff was friendly, the atmospher was nice. I was pleased with what I saw looking in the mirror, but I am usually handed a mirror to look at the back of my head when finished. However not at this appointment, and I didn't think to ask. When I got home I wasn't pleased with some of the choppy areas I saw around back. I was able to smooth them over with my clippers, but it was a bit of an expensive experience."

"I was happy when I walked out, but when I went home to restyle my hair, I realized that the solution to shave my cowlick out and cover with my hair created a massive issue. That section of hair was shaved up 2 inches higher than the rest of my hair. This means if my hair falls out of place even the slightest, I look like I have a huge chunk of hair missing. My friends are all disgusted by the haircut and I’m beyond upset with the money I paid as I’m going to have to go and get the shortest haircut I’ve ever had to fix this tomorrow morning. There is no way I can go to work looking like this!"
