"I went in to make a return and was not allowed to, only an exchange, even though my items were unworn and within my 30 day return period. The response I was given was that they could not find a SKU number, because I didn’t have the paper tag, even though it is on the tag inside the merchandise, as well as on their website. They would not allow me to look it up for them either. When I went back for an exchange, the kind cashier that helped me was able to pull up my order and offered me a refund, and the woman who checked me out previous said I could only exchange it, even though the screen and cashier said I could get a refund. The last cashier I checked out with was kind and helpful, the other lady was not."

"not the type to ever write reviews but the workers had the worst attitude . There was a women who was fixing up some bins and one of my friends asked how the price would look like for a certain item and she says no word and points to a sign . My friend didn’t notice and asked again and she answered in the worst tone and said “i hope i don’t have to redirect yalls brains either” the cashiers at victoria secrete how ever were sweet . I regret not asking for her name but she was a Black women , dyed short blonde hair , about 5’2 ."

"Pros: Store is pretty well kept, supplied, and organized for the most part. Negatives: Always have to wait a long time to get checked out, one time it was 30 minutes. Even with only a couple people in line, expect to wait at least 10 minutes. Some staff members are pleasant while others are very rude to your face. Thus, in general, customer service at this location is horrible."
