"I went to this store around 10:50 today, not one employee said hello or offered help. I’m fine with shopping & being left alone but hello would be nice! WEIRD"

"Horrible experience at this location. I went to use the fitting room and it was closed. When inquiring about why I was unable to use the fitting room the employee said they were closing, there was more than 20 minutes left before they closed. I would have been fine with not being able to try on the clothes, however the employee started laughing in my face while checking me out, at a snails pace. Another employee came around the corner. She asked if the fitting room was closed for the night and his response was… “Oh well.” The entire experience was not customer friendly. Once I return whatever I can’t use, I won’t be returning."

"I had a horrible experience at this location. I needed to return brand new items but lost my receipt. Ryan the Manager gave excuse after excuse as to why this would be impossible. I left the store but decided to reach out to customer service via phone, who explained to me that they could in fact return items without a receipt. I walked back to the store, pregnant and visibly uncomfortable and expressed to Ryan what customer service told me. NOW Ryan begins the return. I received no apology although he was dishonest to my face during my initial attempt at returning the items. My next step will be reaching out to corporate."

"I bought this shirt for my bday dinner. I packed it in my bag for my trip only to notice that when I go to get dressed for the night that it still had the security sensor on it. It was the only shirt I packed so I had to scramble around and get another shirt and that wasted a lot of time. The store doesn’t seem to carry the same options as other stores at least in the men’s department. I was extremely disappointed with the overall selection and when I do find something I like I couldn’t even wear it."
